PK 98 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players Using pk98.im

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to pk 98 (operated at pk98.im). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PK 98 ("the Company", "we", "us", "pk 98"). They govern your access to and use of the pk 98 platform, including all betting, gaming, casino, and account services offered at pk98.im.

By registering an account at pk 98, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, or making use of any service on pk98.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the pk 98 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the pk 98 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk 98.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account at pk 98, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK 98 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register or use its services, and the Company actively verifies player ages as part of its compliance programme.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be accessing pk 98 from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously permanently excluded from pk 98.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

PK 98 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in your account being suspended pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual person is entitled to hold one account only at pk 98. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or via a shared device — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering your pk 98 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport
• Your date of birth
• A valid Pakistani mobile number
• A valid email address
• Your payment method details for deposits and withdrawals

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your pk 98 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. PK 98 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk 98 support immediately at support@pk98.im. Your account will be temporarily frozen while the matter is investigated.

4. Deposits

All deposits to your pk 98 account are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits at pk 98:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

Deposits using Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your pk 98 account instantly. IBFT transfers are typically credited within a few hours of confirmation by the sending bank. Card deposits are credited immediately upon successful payment authorisation.

PK 98 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for a deposit must be owned and registered in the same name as your pk 98 account. Deposits from accounts in another name will be refunded and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at pk 98 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the withdrawal eligibility conditions set out below. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts on standard transactions.

To be eligible to withdraw from your pk 98 account, you must:

• Have completed full identity verification (KYC) for your account
• Have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before those bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• Not have any open investigations, fraud flags, or compliance holds on your account

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: Average 10–15 minutes from the time of request confirmation
• NayaPay and SadaPay: Average 10–30 minutes
• IBFT bank transfer: Up to several hours depending on the receiving bank
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–5 business days depending on the card issuer

PK 98 does not charge fees on PKR withdrawals. Processing times stated above are target times and may be exceeded during periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact pk 98 support with your transaction reference number.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PK 98 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the pk 98 Promotions page. The following general bonus rules apply across all pk 98 offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• PK 98 welcome bonuses are available to new members on their first deposit only. Players who have previously held a pk 98 account are not eligible for new member offers.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are credited to the specified game title only and expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including any attempt to exploit pk 98 promotions through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, or coordinated play — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• PK 98 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or expire any promotion at any time. Where possible, at least 24 hours' notice will be given to affected players.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed at pk 98. Sport-specific rules are available within each betting market and take precedence over these general rules where there is a conflict.

• All bets are placed in PKR and settled in PKR at the odds stated at the time the bet was accepted.
• The minimum single bet at pk 98 is Rs 200.
• Bets are binding once confirmed on the bet slip. PK 98 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in the case of an obvious system error.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, pk 98 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and refund the stake to the player's account.
• For cricket: matches abandoned before the minimum overs required to constitute a result are settled as void and stakes are returned, unless a result has already been determined under the applicable competition rules.
• For football: markets are settled based on 90 minutes of regular time plus injury time. Extra time and penalty shootout results do not count for standard markets unless explicitly stated in the market description.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. PK 98 may suspend live markets at any time at the trader's discretion.
• The Cash Out feature is available on selected markets subject to current odds. The Cash Out value is final once confirmed and cannot be reversed.
• Accumulator Boost percentages are applied to qualifying bets as described on the pk 98 Promotions page. Boost calculations are applied after all legs of the accumulator are settled.

8. Casino & Slots Rules

All casino and slot games at pk 98 are provided by third-party licensed game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Evolution. The following rules apply to casino and slot play at pk 98:

• All games use certified random number generators. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-term return as certified by the game provider's testing laboratory.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game's interface before play begins.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the game system. PK 98 is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's internet service provider or device.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to the terms of the specific jackpot network operated by the game provider. PK 98 facilitates jackpot payouts on behalf of the provider and such payments may be made in tranches for very large prizes.
• Any technical malfunction of a game that affects the outcome of a round will result in the round being voided and the bet stake being returned to the player's account.

9. Responsible Gaming

PK 98 is committed to player welfare. We operate a comprehensive responsible gaming programme that includes deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion. Players are strongly encouraged to use these tools to manage their gambling activity.

You can access all responsible gaming tools from within your pk 98 account settings. Tools take effect immediately upon activation. The following conditions apply:

• Deposit limits can be decreased at any time with immediate effect. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Minimum self-exclusion periods are 30 days. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets at pk 98.
• Players who self-exclude will not receive marketing communications from pk 98 during the exclusion period.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at pk 98 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account at pk 98
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account
• Bonus abuse including collusion, multi-accounting for bonus purposes, or exploiting promotions through irregular betting patterns
• Fraud, money laundering, or the use of pk 98 for any illegal financial activity
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets using non-public information
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the pk 98 platform
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk 98 staff or other players

PK 98 monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate any behaviour that is suspected to fall into the above categories. Where a prohibited activity is confirmed, PK 98 will take action proportionate to the severity of the breach.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

PK 98 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• At the player's own request for responsible gaming purposes
• Duplicate account detection
• Legal or regulatory obligation

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real money deposit balances will be returned to the original payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are satisfied and any fraudulent claims are resolved.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk 98 platform — including but not limited to the pk 98 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds data, and software — is the property of PK 98 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any pk 98 content without the prior written permission of PK 98. The pk 98 platform is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PK 98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the pk 98 platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing beyond the stated timeframes
• Decisions made based on odds or market information published on the platform
• Any unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure

PK 98's total liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their pk 98 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

PK 98 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account at pk 98, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PK 98 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have consented — to send you promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@pk98.im.

15. Changes to These Terms

PK 98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk 98 will notify registered players by email and/or via a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes such as corrections of typographical errors may be made without notice.

Continued use of the pk 98 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using pk 98 and may request account closure by contacting support@pk98.im.
